Internships

Del Monte Foods, offers internships in multiple departments and locations, recruiting for these opportunities kick off in January of each year and typically runs through May. You can find these opportunities on Handshake as well as the Del Monte Careers site.  Internships will apply the skills candidates have learned in the classroom and gain real-world experience. The internships will consist of a12-13 week program with numerous opportunities to interact with a variety of teams, providing critical exposure to the variety of roles that are crucial to the successful operation of a CPG company.  Internships include a rotational program that allows the roles to directly learn and interact with various functions to learn about Del Monte’s operations and cross-functional partners.

Engineering Rotational Development Program

Del Monte's Engineering Early Career Program is designed to equip college graduates with a broad overview of a Del Monte Foods' manufacturing plant in multiple functional areas with assignments in production, engineering /maintenance, planning, quality, manufacturing excellence and distribution center operations.  The rotational program will be over a two-year period; each rotation will help speed the growth of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to become successful leaders at Del Monte Foods.

Supply Chain Rotational Development Program

Del Monte’s Supply Chain Early Career Program is designed to equip college graduates with a broad overview of Del Monte Foods’ supply chain organization in multiple functional areas with assignments taking place in supply chain strategy, planning, quality, manufacturing excellence, distribution center operations and transportation. The rotational program will be over a two-year period; each rotation will help speed the growth of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to become successful leaders at Del Monte Foods.
