Del Monte Foods is committed to promoting and preserving a workplace environment rich in diversity. Del Monte Foods has many Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), so team members can connect around shared identity, backgrounds, perspectives and experiences. Together, these groups plan and facilitate fun and educational cultural activities to celebrate diversity.
